How to draft a contract with Vora

Describe what you need
Include who the parties are, what is being agreed, the fees, the duration and any terms you want included. Write it in your own words.

Review the draft
Vora generates a draft template based on your instructions. Fill in placeholders and review the terms, governing law and any missing provisions.

Revise and export
Ask for specific changes, such as a different liability cap or a new arbitration seat. When it reads right, download it as a Word file.
Start from a common agreement
Each option opens the drafter with example instructions. Change the parties and terms, or clear it and write your own.
Change one clause without redrafting the rest
Describe the change you want. For a clause-level change, Vora edits only the clauses it affects and leaves the rest of the document exactly as it was. A change to length or structure redrafts the whole document with all of your instructions applied.

What can Vora draft?
Vora can draft NDAs, employment and consulting agreements, service agreements, shareholders’ and founders’ agreements, leave and licence agreements, and settlement agreements. Choose an example or describe the agreement you need.
Can Vora draft agreements under Indian law?
Yes. Specify India as the governing law in your instructions, together with the parties, commercial terms and relevant location. You can also request another governing law. A qualified professional should check the draft against the applicable law and your circumstances before use.
What details should I provide?
Include the agreement type, parties, scope of work or transaction, fees and payment dates, duration, termination terms, governing law, and any confidentiality or intellectual property requirements. Identify terms still to be agreed so they can be checked during review.
What should I expect from a draft?
Vora provides a draft template based on your instructions. It may contain placeholders and may need additional clauses or changes to suit your circumstances. Fill in missing details and have a qualified professional review the terms, accuracy and applicable law before use.
Can I change a draft after it is generated?
Yes. Describe the change in plain language. A change to specific clauses edits only those clauses. A change to length or structure redrafts the whole document with all of your instructions applied.
Can I download my agreement as a Word file?
Yes. Download an editable Word (.docx) file for review and redlining. Save a copy for your records, as drafts are not saved to your account.
Does Vora work inside Microsoft Word?
Yes, in Word on the web. Vora for Word lets you draft and revise without leaving your document: set it up as voraai.co.in/word shows, then open Vora from Word’s Home tab and sign in with your Vora account. Your edits come back as tracked changes that mark only the words that differ, and the document opens in the Word app too. It uses the same free allowance as the website.
Does Vora replace a lawyer?
No. Vora is legal software, not a law firm, and it does not give legal advice. A qualified professional should review every draft before anyone relies on it or signs it.
Is Vora free?
Yes. You get up to 10 free requests a month, with a maximum of 3 a day. Creating, revising or continuing a draft each counts as one request. A revision can ask for up to 8 changes and still counts once, and deleting or renumbering clauses does not count at all. If Vora reaches its shared usage limit, it will show you when drafting resumes.
Does Vora save my drafts?
Drafts are available only while the drafting page remains open and are not saved to your account. Download a Word copy for your records. Unsaved drafts cannot be recovered after leaving or reloading the page. The fine print explains how your information is handled.
